Super Seafood Red Curry - Serves 2, ready in fifteen minutes
Curry Recipe Ingredients:
- Shrimp, Jumbo Sea Scallops, Squid, Mussels - Lobster if available (4oz each)
- 1/2 chopped red pepper
- 1/2 chopped green pepper
- 10-15 fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup CurrySimple Gourmet Red Curry sauce
Prepartion : Super Seafood Red Curry Recipe
- Heat pan to medium-high heat
- Stir-fry seafood - 5 minutes
- Add chopped green/red peppers and basil leaves - 2 minutes
- Add 1 cup of CurrySimple Gourmet Red Curry sauce in the veggie stir-fry pan.
- Turn heat down to medium temperature and let the sauce heat up to serving temperature - 2 minutes
- Serve with white, brown or jasmine rice on the side.
Tip: To increase the level of spice, just add crushed red pepper.
